1. Introduction

Welcome to Amrootbynaaf (Nirmaladevi Agro and Farms LLP). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from www.amrootbynaaf.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Nirmala Agro and Farms (NAAF), Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
• "Customer", "You", "Your" refers to any individual or entity using the Website or purchasing products.
• "Products" refers to food items listed on the Website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and make purchases. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on the Website are natural food products manufactured and sold by NAAF.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of placing the order shall be final.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or weight due to the natural nature of the products.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). Order confirmation is subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
• Payment shall be made through the payment methods available on the Website. All payment information is processed securely.
• Orders will be processed only upon successful receipt of payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed logistics service providers.
• Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except Public Holidays and Sundays). You can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
• Local & Regional Orders: All local and regional orders are processed within 1 business day (except Public Holidays and Sundays). You can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
• Order deliveries will be made between 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.). However, Amrootbynaaf takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India. Shipping charges of Rs. 49 are applicable on all orders.
• Local & Regional Orders: We ship products across the city and Maharashtra State. Shipping charges of Rs. 49 are applicable on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery charges of Rs. 30 will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

7. Cancellation of Order

• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at info@amrootbynaaf.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
• In case of cancellation within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7–10 working days or as per the Bank's guidelines.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
• In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return or replacement will be arranged only once.
• If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
• For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
• Amrootbynaaf is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
• Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and approval by Amrootbynaaf.
• Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 working days from the date on which www.amrootbynaaf.com cancels the order.
• In the case of prepaid orders through credit card, debit card, or net banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be credited to your bank account via NEFT transfer.
• Cash on Delivery charges and shipping charges are not refundable.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute due to any of the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Item not as described
• Damaged or seal broken on product
• Part/accessory missing
• Item not compatible
• Seller description/specification wrong
• Defective (functional issues)
• Product not working and manufacturer claims an invalid invoice

Amrootbynaaf will put the payment on hold immediately until the issue is resolved. In case a return request is rejected and the buyer raises a dispute, Amrootbynaaf will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned. If the dispute is settled in favour of the seller, the buyer is not entitled to any refund.

Important: In case of a dispute, buyers need to provide proof of product unpacking video to support their claim. In the absence of an unpacking video, no refunds will be done and the dispute will be considered void.

10. User Accounts & User Information

We collect your information relating to your profile to improve our service and offerings. During this process, we identify your IP address to collect information. We use this information to customise our services and offerings to your specific needs.

We may disclose or transfer your information:

• To any law enforcement authority during the course of their requirement or as may be required under any law in force.
• To our group companies for business purposes including for providing an enhanced and delightful customer experience.
• To our affiliate companies for better customer satisfaction.
• To our advisors such as lawyers, chartered accountants, and financial advisors in connection with business transactions.
• To third parties that provide services to us or act on our behalf in connection with the operation of our business.
• To another third party as part of corporate reorganisation such as a merger, acquisition, or transfer.

Using the Website or certain sections requires setting up a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect that the security of your user account has been violated, please inform us as soon as possible. Amrootbynaaf is not liable for any damage that may occur from the unauthorised use of your user account.

Amrootbynaaf reserves the right to stop your access to this Website at any time without giving any prior notice. This license can terminate automatically if you breach any of these Terms. If you are terminated, you must destroy any downloaded and printed materials.

11. Third-Party Links & Affiliates

Amrootbynaaf does not take responsibility or liability for the actions, products, content, and services on the platform which are linked to affiliates and/or third-party platforms using the platform's APIs or otherwise. The platform may provide links to third-party platforms of our affiliated companies and certain other businesses for which Amrootbynaaf assumes no responsibility for examining or evaluating the products and services offered by them.

Amrootbynaaf does not warrant the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of such third-party platform(s). Amrootbynaaf does not endorse, in any way, any third-party platform(s) or content thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nirmala Agro and Farms, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
